Lili announced for Tekken 8 – Watch the trailer

At The Mixup 2023, Tekken series producer Michael Murray revealed the trailer showcasing Lili’s new look and gameplay mechanics. The Chief Producer and Executive Game Director for Bandai Namco, Katsuhiro Harada, took to Twitter to share that artist Jasmin Darnell was commissioned to design Lili’s updated appearance.

Lili’s new heat mechanics were showcased in the trailer, adding a fresh layer of strategy to her gameplay. To unleash powerful attacks, players will need to manage Lili’s heat gauge carefully, creating an exciting new element in her moveset.

The trailer also revealed an interesting detail about Lili’s playful personality – her cat, Salt, makes an appearance in her intro and victory pose, perhaps hinting that players may become salty after losing to her.
