With so many buffs, what are the best moves?

Tekken 7 Season 2 came out on September 6, introducing a large number of balance changes. Nerfs and buffs took place across the board. Focusing on just the buffs for now though, which characters got the best of the best? UK commentator and Tekken 7 pro player Hassan ‘Spag’ Farooq shares what he believes to be the Top 10 moves in Season 2. Note that number two on this list is no longer a factor.
