Back in July we reported about a new artist collaboration series DLC that would be coming to Tekken 7 in September, where renowned artists would have their work featured in-game as character panels. Well, we have more artwork to you show you, courtesy of Gematsu. A lot of this artwork is very creative and downright humorous.
Gematsu reports:
Bandai Namco announced during its fighting games panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2017 that it has teamed up with world-renowned artists such as famed Mexican-American cartoon and graffiti artist Mister Cartoon, San Francisco-based street artist and graphic designer Jeremy Fish, and provocative American artist Ron English to create new in-game character panels for Tekken 7, which will be released as free downloadable content in September.
We look forward to seeing this in the game, as it will add even more fun and “character” to the game. How many new panels will there be? No idea. The cost? No idea (hopefully free, but doubt it). But it’s great to see that there is more DLC planned, and not only what was listed with the Season Pass. Hopefully there are even more great DLC coming down the line.
